Layang-layang Trip 18Nov2007

On that Saturday night, I had called KS for lunch on the next day. After discussing, we set the place at Pizza Hut. Then I text everyone to join. We manage to meet up around 12noon for our lunch. After that, we were chit chatting and 8 around for around 3hours. Just intend to ask Wei when she will be coming to find me for jog, by somehow we changed our topic for going play layang-layang at Taman Metropolitan right after we pay our bills. We drove two cars there and left another two cars at the Pizza Hut. It was fun to go with what we want in a sudden.

We got our favorite kites there. It was cheap and just cost RM3-RM12 depending the size and design. Very fast we started to play around and get our kites as high as possible. Definitely it was a fun experience with friends.

Big field with green green grass. The grass make my leg itchy. Next time better wear long pant.

Do you how to start? Hehe..just run with the kite along with the wind and slowly let go the thread and the kite will slow fly up. Need some technique to control how much thread to let go oh.

Once the kite fail to fly after a long thread let go, it end up the kite on the ground and have to busy roll back the thread. Most of the time it get death knot and need a long time to get it off from. It part of the game. Haha...

Finally we success to fly our kites to the top of the sky. The champion of the day is Lord n Wei. However, most of us manage to fly our kites until the end of the thread. Looking at the kites flying far away from us.
